At Mid Mod Style, every product is carefully crafted to order, ensuring a unique and personalized experience that reflects the elegance of mid-century modern design. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in the production and shipping of your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are here to make it right. Please contact us at returns@midmodstyle.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Custom Orders

As all of our products are made-to-order and often customized, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than damage or defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at returns@midmodstyle.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to make adjustments or cancellations due to the production process.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Please note that the colors of our products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to differences in display settings, screen calibrations, and device resolutions, which can affect how colors are rendered. While we make every effort to ensure that our product images are as accurate as possible, slight variations in color may occur. These differences are not considered defects and are part of the natural variance in viewing digital images on different devices. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you will love the unique quality of your made-to-order piece.

Shipping Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages will be donated or discarded after 30 days. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to avoid any issues.
