Made after you order it, not before.
Every Mid Mod Style print is produced for your order specifically. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer, which is why your piece takes a few days to reach you and why it arrives feeling like it was made for your wall rather than pulled off a shelf.
How long it takes
Production: 2 to 5 business days. The 24 by 36 inch size can take up to 7.
Shipping, once it leaves production: 3 to 4 business days.
Estimated delivery, order to doorstep: 5 to 9 business days for the 12 by 18 and 18 by 24 inch sizes, and up to 12 business days for the 24 by 36.
Business days means Monday through Friday, and the day you order does not count as the first one. These are estimates based on our printer’s current production and carrier performance, not guarantees. If anything is going to take longer than 30 days from your order, we will email you before then, and you can either tell us to carry on or cancel for a full refund.
We ship within the United States only at the moment. If you are outside the US and want one of these on your wall, write to us and we will tell you when we can get it to you.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the United States. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach. The price you see on the product is the price you pay.
Returns and Replacements
If it arrives damaged, defective, or it is the wrong print, we will replace it free.
Submit a request through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will authorize your claim and follow up with instructions for what happens next. Once it is approved we send a replacement at no charge, and a valid claim never costs you anything: not the replacement, not its shipping, and not any step we ask you to take along the way. If you would rather have your money back than a replacement, say so and we will refund you in full instead.
If your order never turns up at all, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and the same applies.
If you simply change your mind, we cannot take it back.
Because every piece is printed for your order specifically, there is nothing to restock and nobody else to sell it to. Once production starts, the order is final. We know that is stricter than a shop selling from a shelf, and it is the honest tradeoff for made-to-order work, so we would rather you know it now than discover it later.
You have 24 hours to change your mind before that applies.
Submit a request through our contact form within 24 hours of ordering to change the size, the frame color, the shipping address, or to cancel outright, and we will sort it out if production has not already started. After that, your print is being made.

A note on color
Colors can look slightly different on your screen than they do in print, because every monitor and phone renders them a little differently. We work hard to make our product images accurate, but a small variation between the screen and the finished piece is normal and is not a defect.
If a package cannot be delivered
Wrong or incomplete address: please check your address carefully before you order. If the carrier cannot deliver and the package comes back to us, we will email you for a corrected address and reship it. The cost of that second shipment is charged to you.
Unclaimed packages: a package that goes unclaimed comes back to our printer and is donated to charity after 30 days. Keeping your contact details current is the easiest way to avoid this.
