Who you are buying from
Mid Mod Style (‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘Mid Mod Style’) is located at 6228 Fulton Ave., Unit 207, Valley Glen, California 91401. These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made through midmodstyle.com (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not place an order.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside the United States, we are not able to fulfill your order at this time. This is a deliberate, temporary limitation while we confirm international tax registration and delivery timelines, not a reflection of demand.
Products and how orders are made
Every print sold on the Site is produced to order once you place your order. Nothing is held in inventory in advance. Product listings, images, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice, but changes made after you place an order do not apply to that order.
Placing an order is an offer by you to buy the product at the listed price. A contract of sale forms, and your order is accepted, at the point your payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or unavailability of materials, in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. Sales tax, where required, is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum order value.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Production, shipping, and delivery timing
Because every piece is made to order, delivery takes longer than an item pulled from a shelf. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, and up to 7 business days for our 24 by 36 inch size. Shipping, once your order leaves production, typically takes 3 to 4 business days. Estimated delivery is 5 to 9 business days for our 12 by 18 and 18 by 24 inch sizes, and up to 12 business days for our 24 by 36 inch size, counted from the date you place your order. These are estimates, not guarantees, and are based on our printer’s current production and carrier performance.
If your order is genuinely going to take longer than 30 days from the date you placed it, we will contact you before that 30-day mark and give you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund. Full detail on timing lives on our Shipping and Returns page.
Cancellations and changes
You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to change or cancel it, by submitting a request through our contact form with your order number, provided production has not already started. Once production has started, we are no longer able to change or cancel your order. If you contact us after production has started, we will let you know honestly rather than promise a cancellation we cannot deliver.
Returns, replacements, and damaged or defective items
Because every piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once production has started. This is the tradeoff of made-to-order production: there is no shelf stock to restock and no other buyer to resell it to.
This does not apply if something is actually wrong with your order. If your print arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong print, submit a request through our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will authorize your claim and follow up with instructions for what happens next. Once approved, we send a free replacement, and a valid claim never costs you anything: not the replacement, not its shipping, and not any step we ask you to take along the way. If you would rather have a refund than a replacement, tell us and we will refund you in full instead. If your order never arrives at all, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and the same applies.

Undeliverable and unclaimed packages
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, it is returned to our facility and we will contact you for a corrected address. The cost of reshipping in that case is charged to you. A package that goes unclaimed is returned to our facility and, if it remains unclaimed, is donated to charity after 30 days. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Color and screen accuracy
We work to make our product images accurate, but colors can look slightly different on your screen than in the finished print, because monitors and phones render color differently from one another. A small variation between what you see on screen and what arrives is normal and is not a defect.
What you are buying: artwork and intellectual property
When you buy a print from Mid Mod Style, you are buying one physical printed copy of that design for your own personal use, such as displaying it in your home. You are not buying the copyright, the underlying design file, or any right to reproduce, resell, digitize, scan, photograph for commercial use, mass-produce, or otherwise exploit the artwork itself. All designs and artwork available on the Site are owned by Mid Mod Style and are protected by applicable copyright law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of that underlying artwork to you.
The Mid Mod Style name, logo, and Site design are also our property and may not be used without our permission.
Acceptable use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes: to browse, to place genuine orders, and to manage an account you hold in good faith. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape or harvest data from it beyond normal browsing, place fraudulent orders, or use the Site to violate any applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
We want your print to arrive in great condition and stand behind that with the replacement guarantee in the Returns section above. Beyond that specific guarantee, the Site and its products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that a product image will render identically to the finished piece.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mid Mod Style will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law and venue
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. California is the state in which Mid Mod Style’s principal place of business is located (6228 Fulton Ave., Unit 207, Valley Glen, California 91401). Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms for any future order.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
